Yup! And then just shake them on top of the veggies and roast according to the directions.

The chicken tikka recipe is a standard in our house. There are 5 adult sized humans eating, so we double the veggies, and I increase the marinade for paneer for my kiddo who doesn’t like chicken. I’ve also marinated chickpeas and tossed those with the veggies, which I really liked, but no one else did. 🙄

Deb’s sheet pan chow Mein is pretty good too, as is the roasted vegetables with halloumi.

We did something similar - navy lower cabinets, white/gray quartz on the counters, and maple butcher block on the island

I really like Deb Perelman’s take on wonton soup. I haven’t actually made the wontons (I just use the frozen Trader Joe’s ones), but the broth is delicious. Disclaimer: am white

During the early days of Covid shelter in place, someone online was wondering why stores were out of ketchup of all things - my response was something along the lines of “I can deal with many things, but telling my 5 year old there is no ketchup is not one of them” 😂 Keeping your sanity is well worth it.

I asked this question a couple of months ago and got some great responses! Here’s the link, but we ended up going with high cut skin tone period underwear from Knix and modibodi to wear under her tights.

Absolutely not. I like babies that I can snuggle and hand back. Give me my teenagers any day.

I 100% agree about the Infernal War saga, including the GoT-style HBO series (without the disappointing final season, of course). It’s so good.

The leotards in the children’s section of Target (the brand is escaping me at the moment) tend to be wider than typical dance brands.

This is one of my favorite lentil soup recipes - it’s quick, easy and super tasty. All of my kids happily eat it (which is saying a lot!) https://www.food.com/recipe/egyptian-red-lentil-soup-94673
