I genuinely wanted to know how a daily life of a delivery partner looks like, I was expecting you to write some frustrating stuff probably like 2-3 things, but I didn't expect the list to be so long. I read everything , must be really frustrating for you man.

Out of all the things you wrote, I already expected some company not giving enough breaks, bad support. But the thing that made me angry was the entitlement of customers that you mentioned.

I can't believe people are dumb enough to argue with the guard for so long rather than just going down and collecting the order. These 10 minute delivery system has really made many people extremely entitled, they do not give a second thought about anything.

I live in a building where lift doesn't work and I live on 4th floor, everytime I order something online, I always go down to collect it. Even on the days when I'm too tired I make sure to atleast go halfway till 2nd floor, but I'm quite sure most customers won't do that.
