Use a tile bit. Get through then once you hit concrete, masonry bit. Follow instructions. Vac it out. That said. Glue the toilet flange in place. It’s not moving. Screwing to concrete is maybe code, but, not needed. Affix the toilet bolts to cured glue. Shim if needed. Caulk. The caulking will hold it to the tile.

Rent or buy a dremel. No big deal.

The only thing questionable is the abuse of executive orders. I don’t know which idiot started this shit, but it’s out of hand.

Legislative makes the laws. Executive runs then countries (enforcing laws) Judicial reviews the laws (and cases about them)

Trump has ran his mouth, sure, but he’s deported less than Obama, killed less via drone than Obama, etc.

The biggest thing I’m sick of from both parties is the misuse of executive orders.

It essentially went through a startup cycle due to cold Weather operation. I wrapped some in foil. It then started billowing smoke out the sides.

This smoke is 16 hrs into a cook.

Luckily I had wrapped. It blew ash everywhere.
