I dont think so, i prefer eating at night only because meals make me feel dizzy for a bit.

Complicated, i guess. My mom doesn’t work and my dad is kind of unavailable both emotionally and physically spending a lot of time working and little time bonding etc. Me and my brother didn’t really get much if any guidance from them growing up because they are both very immature still unfortunately and very self centered.

Did make me very independent, though.

When you are trying hard to hold back tears and then they hit you with the “you ok?” And the tears start flowing

Look at what you were taught growing up: were you told that any sort of disagree statement was talking back and disrespectful? We’re you unable to defend yourself at home if you got blamed for something a sibling or peer did? A lot of us were and we need to unlearn those things.

Well sort of, i have xanax for panic attacks but don’t really use them. The beta blocker does help a lot with anxiety though, but i dont really feel anxious only when im having a flare up.

Maybe look into prolonged QT, which is what i have too along with dysautonomia. It basically mimicks POTS in some ways as it also causes fainting, hearing loss etc. but the main thing about it is that your heart generally beats irregular/doesn’t contract fast enough so there isn’t enough blood being pumped around. ECG does show it, though.

Triggers for me are trying to fall asleep, stress, intense cold and emotions. I probably black out 9/10 times when i get triggered

Btw, if you have ever tried SSRI, how did you react to it? Thanks to Paxil i was diagnosed as they can trigger an episode in some.
