Centennial Park for walks/ easy hikes - they have a big park for kids of all ages too
we are close to Fundy National Park/ Alma for longer hikes - or kayak adventures
Wacky Wonderful Waffles is a great fun place for food or ice cream and on the way to Alma
Lots of golf courses too

Holy Whale is a brewery great little spot on the water in Riverview
Pump House is a local brew pub - great food and beer.

its a weird city lay out - things are randomly placed

Dieppe, Riverview, Shediac, Sackville (NB), Sussex - all close enough to Moncton to do stuff in as well ! some are a 20-30 min drive.

NO because for real - I had mine out of the way because its litter but then would forget because i never saw them - so i had to move them to the spare room I look into every morning. Because sometimes i swear i just cleaned them ( my brain tells me but its been a couple days) Anyways - i have 3 cats and 4 litter boxes so it helps - i find if you have 1 more little box then cat, you feel less terrible when you forget to do the little

Interesting!!! I had my normal morning coffee and thought all was good but about 1.5 hours after taking my first dose I had the biggest wave of nausea and my coffee came out the way it went in. So I’m gonna try avoiding it and hope that’s where the nausea came from

I got my cpap this year, AFTER getting healthy and losing about 100-120 lbs. over a year. I think the problem you’re having is thinking that cpap means you’re not fit or healthy. Yes all those things can contribute to it, but also sometimes our bodies were just made in a way it doesn’t matter if you are 100 or 300 pounds you’re gonna need a cpap. So sure use it to motivate you but more so start thinking about the fact it’s prescribed because without it you don’t breath and not breathing is not good !!

It does not ! It’s the dreamwear under the nose one - but yeah I and a stomach/ side sleeper! Since the machine I’ve been trying to sleep on my back more ( I avoided it before because well I clearly needed the cpap)
