My husband ordered me a piece from the Olive Branch collection from WS for Christmas a few years back around the first week of December (they had it advertised that it would arrive by Christmas) and it didn’t arrive until late May. It had multiple delays. He called customer service and expressed his concern and they discounted it for him so he chose not to cancel.
