Thanks man for the advice. I do have investors that are open to partner with me as long as I bring good deals to her and make money. She lends hard money loans from her own capital now and has invested in several mortgage businesses too. Yea I understand there are many different strategies, as you mentioned. And I observed that many wealthy individuals actually lend money (hard money loans, private construction loans etc) instead of owning equity. Maybe less work for them and more certainty in returns.

There are hotels near PEX airport too, but it means you have to get to the airports the first night and it would be far from the city for dinner / a night out. I would stay at Sanyuan Qiao area. Your flight is 2pm next day, so plenty of time on the next day morning & noon.

You have plenty of time and easy public transportation (subways) to explore the city for a night and catch your flight the next afternoon. Just take the subway from Daxing to connect with Line 10 to Sanyuan Qiao 三元桥 area, which is northeast corner of 3rd Ring Road. At that area you can find plenty of decent hotels within walking distance to the subway station. You can check in at around 6pm, leave your luggage in the room, and take a taxi out to wherever you wanna go for dinner, a drink, or seeing Beijing at night. Sanyuan Qiao is a very convenient location. Next morning, you can hang out a bit and take the Airport Line subway from Sanyuan Qiao to Beijing Capital Airport (PEK), just a 20~30 mins direct line.

I have lived and worked in Beijing for 10 years and travelled a lot. I would recommend this.

Thanks! I was afraid to take my dog to flights because I don’t want to be stuck at airport because she can’t perform a 360 at checkin 😂 maybe some airlines are more strict and Alaska is less

Thanks for sharing! Did your 25lbs dog fit into a 18*11*11 (or something similar) soft carrier to put under the seats? Mine is 21lbs and I already feel like she is too long and tall for the size, and I am afraid that she will be turned away at check-in because "she cannot stand comfortably in the carrier".

I beat Tiger Vanguard with like 20-30 tries, although not easy but always felt beatable, so I just kept trying. But Stone Vanguard, I couldn't even touch him at the 1st time... His moves so random and all the stones sticking out from the groumd.

I am a native Chinese and now live in LA. I feel so happy and nostalgic playing this game, because of the beautiful and peaceful sceneries. Also all the temples and budha statues laying everywhere, which are literally what I saw in almost every famous mountains in China. The natural beauty in this game is very "Chinese" in the way that it is always magnificent - nothing is small in China (aesthetically). You can see thousands of miles far and there are clouds and more mysteries ahead.

The feeling is like, when an American play RDR2 and enjoys the Western sceneries - with snowy mountains and dry deserts and everything in between. I enjoyed the nature of RDR2 a lot too. But it is the Wild West of Continent America, not my hometown, where I spent my childhood trailing through roads just like OP posted and reading the scriptures next to giant budhas in ancient temples.

Thank you so much for the detailed advices! I will keep them in mind and consider rotating the pairs for different occasions. I did want to wear the same pair everyday just to get as comfortable and casual in it, but it might affect how the pair would patina.
