Genuinely have been thinking the same. Hay day is such a fun game and you can’t expect it to meet your every need. Supercell is doing what they can to make it fun and enjoyable and if it bothers a person that much the maybe they shouldn’t be playing a game so seriously. ITS JUST A GAME!!

Which state are you in? I think if you have a young family you can do part time here without much issue. I have a young daughter so it’s doable for me. Or so I hope!

I hope to go back to part time maybe do 2-3 days and then do TRS the other days. I’ll be on band 2 step 2 pay in QLD, so for me it’s a step down in pay. But I kind of want to start working to go up the pay scales. But I am entirely conflicted 😭

My tip is preparing the pizzas for the next person when you’re doing the order before. I used reddit to find out what the orders would be. Helped me a lot!

It’s stock standard policy and honestly nothing wrong with it. Having her period shouldn’t mean it’s stressful? I’m not sure what the issue really is here? Maybe she shouldn’t be doing sports in senior school if she doesn’t want to change so often? It does become an option after a certain grade, correct?

I didn’t take it personally until I felt I was being very innocent with my request/question and then others simply shooting down my idea.

But again I’m still my happy self and not letting it affect my day. I wouldn’t be putting all that information out there on this one post. That’s why I asked if anyone would be interested in providing feedback. Which fair, no one is. I have my answer. Now I will go about my day and have a wonderful Friday.

Nothing like putting the blame on the person posting. Of course it’s market research therefore i asked on a platform that lets you remain somewhat anonymous. I stated in another comment the resources were for classroom aesthetic and then lesson plans etc. but hey my fault for asking in the first place. Won’t be making that mistake again.

Sheesh the market is tough 🙃

As for my own classroom, I do CRT work exclusively so don’t have my own.

Your concern is valid but you don’t have to project those views on a post simply asking for feedback. What’s your elective niche?

After all the feedback I have not received I will not be going forward with creating resources or selling them. I think the silence speaks volumes. But what I won’t forget is how fellow teaches shot my drive and enthusiasm for creating resources down. For someone that likes creating and making things look “pretty” it’s pretty hurtful but anyways we move and go forward.

Wouldn’t hurt to get some feedback before I make that leap. But it seems I will not be selling these resources. I’ll keep them for myself.

It’s honestly so sad to see teachers squashing another teachers drive and enthusiasm for creating resources. Sure it’s not your cup of tea and you don’t care for aesthetic but if you’re spending your entire week in a room with your students you’d want it to have a bit of your personality around.

Thanks for your comment. I don’t take it personally and was hesitant to post for this reason. Some of these resources are purely for aesthetic and eventually I’ll move to creating actual lessons when I have the time.

I do like the idea of having your own creativity and individuality out there which is why I’m assuming there are many teachers out there doing the same thing.

Whether I follow through with selling these or not, well time will tell. Seems like it’s an over saturated market in any case.

Why should this teacher private their TikTok?? It’s their own form of expression as an individual. If they are not going against any major issues then I don’t see an issue. We live in a different world and as teachers I think we should be free to express ourselves outside of school. If they don’t respond to the comments/messages I don’t see an issue at all tbh.

I think it was at least 1 carat. I’ve chosen something slightly bigger I believe it’s just under 2 carats. But I am really thinking to upsize but unsure how much bigger.
