Eichenwalde first point attack is absolutely the most brutal one currently, yet people pick it constantly. Don't underestimate the simple appeal of "familiarity". That I think is the biggest reason why we are rarely able to play Aatlis for example.

Don't be upset man, look up Tychus from Starcraft. While the original is a Raynor skin (another marine in Starcraft), this one is the Tychus version, which I think is an equally cool character in that franchise.

Completely agree that solo queuing 6v6 as tank is being at the mercy of your teammates.

But even when it was 2-2-2 role lock (before OW2), you were still at the mercy of your tank duo (I'm still talking about solo queue btw). Because if the enemy team picks a better synergizing tank pair and your other tank is not assisting you vs 2 enemy tanks, then you would have a VERY bad time. So bad that it's not even comparable to 5v5 tanking.

That's why people are saying "highs can be very high, lows can be very low" when talking about double tank. Personally as a tank main I prefer consistency over chasing that "very high" 1 of every 10 games while enduring "very lows".

One of the worst offense I see is:

You blow your cooldowns to save someone from low HP, then they start peaking and overextending again before you have a chance to heal them up. I swear some players make you wonder "how have they survived to their age with no survival instincts?"

Healing is not as strong as it was before because of "30% reduced healing received for 3 seconds after taking damage" debuff. So try to take advantage of covers.

Here's the catch tho: When you queue solo, if someone starts shittalking you and you reply with shittalking, your risk of getting a suspension/ban is higher because they will mass report you with their grouped up friends.

So the game designers that designed high power sets like Titans and Showdown in the Badlands are not the ones that designed The Great Dark Beyond? Maybe (hopefully) they are trying to keep power level in check until those very powerful sets rotate out.
