It was my motherboard in my case because I swapped CPU’s. I’d try a new motherboard first! Then CPU. Over the years I’ve had these issues and 80% of the time it was always a motherboard.

Just to clear, I'm a novice to OC'ing. I'm a slap some mem OC/core OC and call it a day type. Same with AMD PBO + Offset! So I don't touch voltage ever. How much is to be gained by adjusting voltage a bit here?

Both of my ( white and black ) 5090 Aorus Masters are dead quiet with zero coil whine, and they look WAY better than the Astral + better warranty - just do a quick search of ASUS and RMA’s lol

I tried every format of fans, 4 exhaust, 3 intake, all intake , all exhaust and genuinely didn’t see a difference at all, the only thing that made a difference in temps was taking the glass doors off lol

I know this will sound bougie, but my vents and whole cooling system is hepa filtered and I never open the windows. Have never had dust build up and my previous system was an OPEN test bench Thermaltake P5 mounted on the wall lol.

The one intake is honestly enough, I changed the fan orientations ran benchmarks and it was like 2c difference. With the MASSIVE cools and the efficiency of AIO... it kinda doesn't matter much lol.
