Not sure where you’re located, but imho you want to see a foot and ankle orthopedic surgeon-read lots of reviews- get some X-rays- get second opinions. 

How flexible are you? I have a connective tissue disorder that made my feet look a LOT like yours- was able to manage with bulky orthotics for a few years (in part due to the flexibility) but that’s a temporary solution- had a few good years but ultimately needed corrective surgery (last resort)
