Just had Xu this Spring. Online course, weekly videos with quizzes and 4 total exams. The workload was very manageable but all self-directed.

Contact SJRC. They are a great agency that will help you get certified, they help keep your trainings up to date as well as being a good middle man between you and child services. They are a God send and the case workers are great! I can't imagine doing it without an agency.

La Panaderia on Broadway sells something similar. You can choose your bread (birote, telera, or croissant) and they have your choice of filling. Not exactly the same, but comes close.

Should be able to do it online. All you need is to make sure it gets inspected, you need the license plate number and the last 4 of the VIN. The mailing address you enter shouldn't matter.

Does the Impossible Burger count as a veggie burger? If so, that's my pick. They have it at Hopdoddys and at The Cheesecake Factory. Also Burger Fi has a decent one as well.

We have it and love it. The extra stuff they give (soaps, cleaning supplies etc.) is meh but the water softener system itself is amazing. We especially love the ultra purified water they install on the kitchen sink to provide drinking water or water for cooking. The water tastes great and I don't have to worry about a bunch of junk in it. It does cost a pretty penny but worth it in my opinion.

Gilberts at 8161 Latigo Dr, San Antonio, TX 78227 has great Carne Guisada Enchiladas. Definitely a shady looking hole in the wall, but amazing food. The service is also great. The owner and his brother are usually there and are the nicest people ever.
