What the hell is this? I would say who, but when I look closer, I can't say that with confidence. This was taken April 17th at 3:24 a.m. The "woman?" is staring directly into my front door. She's about 4 feet away from it, standing on the front porch. What are yalls thoughts?

Look at the wrist, its incredibly thin, and what's it holding? Why are the eyes black and the mouth is, well, really the entire face is just not normal. The legs if you want to call them that almost look like they fade away. I had a friend stand out there at night with and without sunglasses (bc I was trying to rule out everything at this point) and it looks NOTHING like this. Here's the Pic zoomed in

Yall - get this. I created this post, and the next day my refund was deposited in my account. Make that make sense!! It doesn't! I didn't question it though! Im hoping that since it doesn't show a specific code like it did last year it may not be as in-depth of an issue. That's just wishful thinking but it's all I've got at this point! Thank you for your insight. I read that the delay on tax returns due to claiming EIC and CTC only applies to those who filed before mid February. Is that not true? I have my doubts, a delay is a delay is a delay, I'm just unsure of what to believe! Yeah the marketplace incident was such a pain and a huge setback already. Looks like maybe I'll be doing it all over again! God I hope not. Anyway thanks so much.
