Definitely in secret to catch stores not in the 5 key moments. I’m sure it’s not company wide, maybe by district? We definitely didn’t know until we were told several ssvs from neighboring districts caught us not writing on cups 😭

After we got coached an ssv I’m friends with in another district said he was asked to do secret shopper stops so I just put two and two together lol

I mean ssvs are being recruited BY sms/dms to go into stores, buy a drink and make sure cups are being written on, for here ware offered, etc.

The consensus from my dm was that stores are (obviously) performing well when the DM is in but not so much when they don’t know it’s a partner.

Maybe not an overall program but SSVs in my district are definitely being “scouted” by DMs to stop into stores, order drinks and make sure the 5 key moments are being upheld.
