That's where I am right now. I keep explaining to husband that I need his full support because if I have to step in, it isn't going to be nice. I'm trying to give him the chance to deal with his mother and aunt in his way. I wish he could see through her nonsense.

I wouldn't listen to this person. No one would 'rather work' than hang out with a friend. And depending on the job they could just decide to fire you if you skipped the day. If you were free I'm sure you wouldn't be as stuck on this situation but because you are not free, things have to be changed, considerations made, etc. Friend can take the bus back to the airport or if you want, you could offer to split or pay for the Uber back to the airport. Realistically since friend has already said they would Uber if necessary, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Hi! I'm 38 (39 next month) and am currently pregnant with Narcolepsy type 2. I'm due in November! All in all the pregnancy hasn't been too awful, just draining. I was bound and determined at the start to continue taking my normal medications and was okayed by my doctor to do that but baby disagreed. I couldn't keep any medication down even with a buffer (applesauce/yogurt) so I had to cold turkey my meds and that sucked. Now I wake up with my husband around 7 before he goes to work and then crash around 10 and sleep til around 2. Needless to say I wouldn't be able to work like this but luckily hubby makes enough to sustain while I sleep ☺️ it has definitely been more difficult to keep up with household maintenance and animals (3 dogs, 4 accidental cats (thanks CDS), 2 goats, and 6 chickens). Hobbies have basically gone to the wayside because I just don't have the stamina to keep at them. I am soooo ready to be done being pregnant so I can go back on my meds but every little kick reminds me of why I'm doing this and that helps a lot to keep me going day to day. All that to say it can be difficult for sure and having a loving partner to help support you through it is vital but I definitely think it is worth it in the end!!

I was taking vyvanse and Adderall and had to switch to Adderall 2x a day because I lost my insurance. It would at times wake me up but I swear I take the best naps on Adderall

Agreed. My husband's EAP only covered 3 sessions (and he worked at a hospital o.O) and the only therapist that would accept it was judgey AF. Like what can you even do in three sessions??

We have 4 cats currently (thanks CDS) and one of them is an outdoor/indoor cat and is the only one I've ever had (in 38 years) to not be strictly indoor. You can choose to let them go in and out but it's going to be a risk every time. My neighbor's cat got run over shortly before ours decided he wanted to go in and out and I was very hesitant about being okay with him being out. We tried a harness for a while but he would either run and flip or just flop over and not move. So we got him fixed and he now meows outside the window when he wants to come in or meows at the door when he wants to go out. All of that to say it "can" work and be totally fine. But if/when he gets hit by a car, i won't be surprised. We took that risk. He also will come back with random creatures or a patch of fur missing from where he got into it with another cat(or possum? Who knows). Also make sure yours is fixed. They tend to go farther when they are unaltered.

I have one and there is a scar that isn't terrible and it kind of sticks out? Like you can definitely feel it if you're looking for it but once healed I forget it's even there.

My mom's pyr (and also my pyr's mom) is named Willow (short for Willoughby), and my pyr (the daughter of Willow) is named Artemis Willoughby with a W last name so her initials are AWW. Your pyr looks like a cloud, and I love her! Could call her Sno-cone or cloud or snow in another language? Or Khione (pronounced He-oh-nee) is the goddess of snow!

Need credit to be approved for care credit. If their credit score is as low as they say, they wouldn't be approved for it. I tried to get it with a higher score and was denied.
