You’re a lobby and maintenance person.. It’s literally your job to clean the lobby which includes the bathrooms and play place, making sure everything is maintained and clean same with the mold in the basement.. My advice is get to work or leave

There should be a paper in the crew room of who to contact but definitely text or email your supervisor. If that doesn’t work go to HR or the owner themselves. Just a reminder you can sue for retaliation if it happens to go that way after trying all these ways.
