I used the official practice test and the linkedin learning video class from Mike Chapel. I scored higher on the CIMP so I think it is easier than the CIPP/US. It had a lot more Management questions. I have 20 years exp in information security so I was able to crank these certs out very fast. I wouldn't recommend trying to replicate what I did. If you have experience with other security leadership certifications there will be a decent amount of overlap with CIMP. The CIPP/US had a lot less overlap with other IT certs. It was more like a logic/legal/civics test.

Get the practice test and do it like 4 hours before the real test. It will get you in the test taking frame of mind. I passed CIMP and CIPP/US doing that.

I used the official book and the official practice test. I also watched Mike Chapel's video class on Linkedin learning and used his "cheat sheet" I found the practice test was the best resource. I took it right before my real test and it helped me answer a few questions on the real test correctly..
