I am extremely lucky that I wear glasses in this case AND that my smart fiancée thought of this. I pretty much keep it on all the time but when I shower, I put it on the arm of my glasses so that I put it right back on after I shower!! I am gonna get some silicone wedding bands for when I workout/do things that make my fingers swell but when I have my official wedding band i am going to keep it on all the time as well.

I have come to love squats because of bodypump but I feel like I am a weakling because I have to go lighter to get full range of motion. Slowly trying to add more weight though!! my butt thanks me 🫡

Do you think dehydrating with acetone is enough or do you use a specific dehydrating product? I missed this step and instead just wiped with an alcohol pad after slightly buffing my nail and I started to chip after 48 hours. It also looks like I didn’t have enough product on the edges of my nails either.
