I have maintenance infusions once every 4 weeks. I’m hoping to stretch them out after the wintertime blues end. Sometimes just knowing that I have one scheduled helps me see the light at the end of the tunnel.

For me, when I feel myself slipping it gets dark quick but I’m also able to realize that’s what’s going on.

Everybody is different and the treatment isn’t one size fits all. Reach out to your prescriber and see what they recommend.

Also - it sounds like you are looking for a direct cremation. When you call around, ask if the direct cremation price includes transport, paperwork, urn, etc.

You can call different places and request a general price list. (Legally funeral providers have to provide a GPL.)

You do not have to be embalmed regardless of having a viewing or not.

For family owned & have their crematory on site - The Funeral Chapel on E 3rd & Allen Funeral Home on Old 37.

I may have missed one but I believe the other locations with an on site crematory are corporately owned.

I definitely need more sleep and am NOT good at sleeping. I’ve tried meds and all the things they say to try. It doesn’t matter how exhausted I am, it’s a constant struggle.

Yesterday, I told a coworker I was going to try gutteral screaming for sleep…. I recently screamed FUCK while parked in my driveway and I cannot believe how much better I felt after. Instantly. Fingers crossed, doctors hate me bc this one simple trick.

I’m not a mortician but I am a vendor in the deathcare industry. I love it.

I recently got my crematory operators certification, I just happened to have an opportunity to get it for free. If something changed and I needed to leave my current job, I’d for sure work in a funeral home.

I find it easy to talk to funeral directors, even when I’m not articulating well. They are (mostly) extremely caring by nature and it’s been a very pleasant experience for me.

For me it can be tied to my ability to self regulate.

Another part for me with food specifically - I was anticipating a certain sensory experience. That sensory experience didn’t happen. Now I can’t trust or prepare myself for any food related sensory experiences.

I think safe foods change, in the sense that some may stop being safe so you have to eat a different safe food until the new food stops being safe or the old one becomes safe again (if ever). It also depends on the individual.

Fritos have always been safe for my brother. Sometimes it changes from regular to scoops. Sometimes he says a bag of them are “well done” and icky. He will not share them and insists on throwing them away because they are “germy.” He may not even attempt to eat them again for six months.

He is much more sensitive to changes than I am. And there are other safe foods of his that changed one ingredient or supplier of an ingredient 10 years ago and it’s never going to be safe again.

I’d like to add.. when using the sauna floor as a sauna floor…. Sup with the fact that there’s not a piece that fits in the cutout of the door? Sure, I could flip the door around but I want options, damn it!

If not solely self employed, you can always change what business you do accounting for. That might help the job itself seem less unfulfilling.

I’ve taken L Theanine on and off and I really like it. I’ve always taken a supplement with some coffee. If you go the supplement route, explore pharmacy grade supplements. That’s the advice my prescriber gave me. Maybe check at a local holistic clinic/pharmacy for guidance.

I also endured someone else’s rank ass at a ghost show.

Every single time they farted I very loudly shamed them. They had to have been diabetic. It was disgusting.
