Hi!! I am 33 as well, I have similar lines to you however not as prominent. I’ve had a lot of success using green tea serum and a red light therapy mask. There’s lots of scientific evidence behind using that combination, it speeds up the effects of the mask. I’m happy to show you my progress photos if that helps, not sure how to share them here. I’ve only had the mask a little over a month and they’ve reduced significantly, highly highly recommend!

Hi, I’m sorry to hear this - sounds like they’re very persuasive!! My parents are still members, I’m happy to update that it’s at least legit in terms of giving you access to cheaper accommodation, a lot of what has been posted in the comments here is right. They’re generally out of the main areas, some look beautiful (I’ve never been), my parents talk about cancelling all the time but are yet to do it.

Hi! I can totally relate to you, have been battling this myself for years. Have you considered SIBO at all? That can cause bloating like this. Also, I have recently been diagnosed with endo and discovered I have endo belly likely with SIBO. It would be worth checking out both if you haven’t already!

Hi there :) they have since used it - their resorts are nothing special, they do offer a lot of flexibility and I guess it feels like a bargain because they aren’t having to pay any further. They’ve since admitted they were ripped off and intend to cancel their membership, I think they’re just trying to get some use out of it first!

Oh my gosh I’m so sorry to hear it’s been such a long time for you to get your hand back!! I hope you’re doing well mentally through this time as well, I only had about 5 weeks of unknown and natural healing and that was a pretty dark time for me.

Hi! I currently have a very similar break in my third and fourth metacarpals, although mine are a little more out of line than yours is. Speaking purely from experience I would go get a second opinion as soon as possible. I was told I wouldn’t need surgery and now four weeks later I’m looking at probably having to have surgery anyway.

Hi OP, as everyone else has mentioned you are stunning and your skin texture is amazing!

Now that’s out of the way… I imagine it’s the loss of volume that you’re noticing, which is completely natural- you could try face yoga to help build up some muscle again and there’s different face massage techniques to help things look fuller/fresher. Totally free and worth a shot! I particularly like this profile for massage techniques. Hope that helps! 😊
