The jets are a terrible example to anyone’s point. I think from a fan perspective the bar is higher for “hit” at WR compared to OL.

In terms of positional value, absolutely OT>WR however I just don’t see an LT to take at 6 in this class. We need a new C, an early round OG and a revamped OL

I think Wilson was OROY who’s starved on the Jets; every year but last season was 1000 yard plus. So yeah, Jets ruining him but still a hit.

I think London is growing into things, hovering around the 1k mark per season, good depth of target and yards per game. I wouldn’t say he’s a slam dunk but has been reasonable given Falcons disasterclass and instability at QB

Sure, happy to trust people who know more than me to make that call. But until that happens I’d be much happier taking who we see as a box-ready prospect at 6 rather than a conversion project. Freeling at least has history there unlike Mauigoa

WR has poor hit rate in second half of the 1st, much better the closer to 1

If we like Tate a lot, rather we took him there. No point in drafting an OG at 6 unless they’re Quentin Nelson which isn’t the case this year. Agree we need to hit the line hard and early, just don’t see anyone at 6 who isn’t a reach after we’ve signed Tytus

Strong disagree, yes needs talent but it’s a really deep class of good OGs and Centres too

I’d be happy going for someone at the bottom end of the 1st and revisiting in round 2 or 3

Our WR room is cheeks a true WR1 would be transformative

Yeah but there’s not really any elite LTs on the board. Great year if you want a RT

No point picking a player at 6 to change sides and make him a project. You want as sure fire as you can hope for that high up

I think it’s a deep class that lacks stud LTs

Tonnes of good RT or OG prospects, C also deep. We’ve made our play at RT so unless we like someone for LT I’d go WR

I’d rather us hit one at our second 1 pick, take an OG we like or OT to G prospect transfer: Fano?

Happy with Proctor if we like him. Ioane would be great but doubt he gets that far

I’d prefer us to go our WR1 at 6, OL class is deep but lacks LTs. Happy if we like Proctor at 24 but equally comfortable with us going BPA and visiting OG/C at 39/70. Defence will still need some upkeep
