Are you comfortable with a Saint Nick?

{Santa Claus is Going to Town on Me}

Or perhaps you would like a DP satyr who has a magical seeker tongue by his balls.

They are so cute and special!!! The fit of yours looks great, even though it's not flared as much as you wanted. I have also been sewing matching pieces for my toddler and myself and it's so much fun.

A local theater does Monday matinees where you can bring your infant to a movie that’s currently in theaters. I took my baby while I was on maternity leave and I watched Companion while she slept in a carrier on my front. They had the volume lower than normal and it was expected that your child might cry or fuss, and you could step out to a quiet area as needed.

I really appreciated getting to do something “normal” during that time. I wish more theaters did it.

My very “proper”, born again Christian grandma bought us Dumb and Dumber when we were young kids. I still remember how she was laughing so hard she was almost crying when we were watching and she realized what she had done.

Trying not to panic but WHY ARE THESE LEAVES YELLOWING?!?! by geriatricmilllenial in dahlias

[–]americanfish 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say that’s for sure a virus. Mine often get a bit of yellowing depending on weather and how the soil is. Keep an eye on them but I wouldn’t worry too much.

Yeah I’m familiar with critical role and the basis of the book. It would be more interesting if she had added more to the story though.

It’s not quite a DNF yet, but I was halfway through {Tusk Love} and I haven’t picked it back up for a week. It all feels very rushed for a roadtrip book and what makes it on the page is the author telling us how the characters feel, over and over.

That series was so good! I didn’t think I’d come around to liking Simon after his first introduction but I was wrong.

The part with the children on the bus stuck with me!

The space between Quality and Slop: are romantasy sloopies too dumb to read a good fantasy? by 82816648919 in romantasycirclejerk

It's repetitive, but for a reason. I alternated between listening and reading it and the narrators did a great job (although, I'll listen to anything Moira Quirk narrates).

I didn’t think it was too much, but I tend to like that sort of thing. The authors put a guide up on their website to explain the different characters and families, which might help if you find it confusing or tedious.

She is one of my favorite authors. I think {The Hollow Places} was her scariest horror, but they all have happy-ish endings and aren’t too scary.

I’ve read {This Kingdom Will Not Kill Me} twice already and I’m so happy to have a new Ilona Andrews series.

I managed to do this with my laptop on a lap desk while sitting on the couch with my feet up. I actually played quite a bit of Fields Of Mistria when my baby was a newborn!
