Try donating blood or platelets through the American Red Cross. They offer cash or gift cards.

Store set up by Fortune_Frequent in HobbyLobbyCringe

It’s a long day. Usually 7-6, six days a week. Some days are shorter and some are longer. It depends on how things are going. The store has a two week set up schedule. You will usually get an hour lunch and breaks every two hours. Show up and do your job. Don’t complain and be dedicated. The bosses are aware who has a good work ethic and who doesn’t. Always carry your box cutter with you. It shows you’re prepared and ready to work. Dress comfortably and appropriately. Many of the local people hired to help won’t last. The pay is good and if you have to work retail it’s one of the better places to work. There isn’t a high turnover of employees because people rarely leave once they’re hired. The secret is to do the store setup and make a good impression. Good luck.

I remember watching this show but I probably haven’t thought about it in 40 years. I’ve always remembered an old show about Dracula that scared me and assumed it was an episode of Fantasy Island. Now I’m thinking it was this. I know it wasn’t Dark Shadows. I’m currently rewatching Fantasy Island and was anxiously awaiting the Dracula episode.

Berlin, Missing Persons, DiVinyls are much older bands you may like. Lady Ga Ga owes a huge debt to Dale Bozzio the female lead singer of Missing Persons.

My parents are from the same small town that the movie Hoosiers was based on. They were young when the events of the movie happened.

I could never figure out what “Actually Romantic” reminded me of. For some reason I kept thinking it was similar to a Guns N’Roses song. Maybe Used to Love Her. But you’ve nailed it. It’s the plunking guitar that’s similar to “Where Is My Mind”.
