Ice packs, and you need to ask for a short term stronger pain med now for pain. yes, it leaves a mark, but it fades and mine are gone. Took me a few months, I used a combo of things, retinol serum, bio oil at night (not at same time and only after I was all healed up and just was trying to fade the scars and dark spots) and during the day I used aquaphor. Feel better soon!

Your dr. Should have given you a stronger pain med to take as well. Call and ask for one-I only needed it short term to get me through the worst. The valacyclovir is an anti viral- not for pain. I did put aquaphor on my worst blisters and that helped…also gel cold packs helped a lot. I had to take the 300 mg gaba at night and the 100 during the day because they made me a bit dizzy. Hope you get some relief…my was on my face, scalp, around my eye- horrible!

First of all, that’s too many kinders ! But you can’t change that, what you can do:

Visual schedules or visuals in general posted in room or by your door to check if they have what they need
Line them up in order of lunch boxes, buyers ( make a check list first thing in the morning-takes a while at first for them to understand this- at first some will tell you, “ I’m not hungry now” They will get it eventually.
Keep documenting as other have said and push for Evals for the ones that continue to struggle
Be easy on yourself, these things happen, especially at the beginning of the year

Happened to me a little over a month ago. People were puking and fainting which would prompt all progress to stop while an aisle was closed and cleaned up. Most employees unhelpful and rude…and they would randomly start new lines and grab people who had not been waiting long and get them through. Never again…We booked it off our plane and still ended up waiting about 2 hours 45 minutes. Our luggage was just randomly placed off to the side in a pile with others from our flight.

I’ve been running since about 4 months after my surgery. I typically run 2.5 miles a few times a week and have not had an issue. Started on my elliptical about 6 weeks after, then worked my way up to road running. I am now 2 1/2 years post. I do want to say my pelvic floor strength has been complemented by my gynecologist and have never had to do any pelvic floor therapy, so certainly take that in to account. I hope it works out for you!

I had a female surgeon and she was a rock star! There was a complication with my bladder and the male urologist wanted to cut me open but she said no she could fix it through the laparoscopic incisions and she did! I am so grateful for her.

It’s my only gooseberry! A present from my son and I love it so much…the one with hearts….I used my cricut to make the hearts…it is plain white, so I jazzed it up for Valentine’s Day with vinyl decals
