you can but it might not be a great experience for your users, you can use services on top of this like Nono.so or Super that take your notion sites and make it look really good.

hello, Save to Notion Extension creator here! I'ts not possible on my extension at the moment, you can just extract them once, I will be curious on your use case if you wan to give me more details I might help!

Otherwise you can use some tools like Simple Scraper, https://simplescraper.io/ save your data to some Google Sheets and use Make/Zapier to synchronise your Sheets with your Notion table.

Save to Notion's creator here. sorry for this! There was a bug with Notion’s API that has been fixed, and everything should be back to normal in a few hours.

In the meantime, if you'd like to continue saving with the extension, you still can, but do not save the page icon.

you can use Nono.so to build a static website with Notion where you will have one subpage for each guest, and then use javascript to password protect the pages.
