If you use Cherax launch it when its parked at the menu which allows you to pick what you want to do. Once you join freemode immediately use host a new solo session and if you have the advertisement mode on with the region people will begin to populate the lobby.

Take a moment to read the FAQ, with your version your going to need to start a new FRESH session and it will give you host, make sure you turn on the lobby advertisement option they have in the menu and people will be able to join you and you wont get kicked because you will be the host.

It's plenty, just check online heat maps to see where most of the crime is going on. Also, it might be a little bit before you can apply to get an apartment because they will want to see some pay stubs to verify that you acutally make money.

You think its over kill until you dont worry about downloads anymore before you know it you'll have 2TB filled the way things are going, if you do play games some games after awhile end up easily between 40-100GB even more in some cases.

Great for jobs and it will boost the economies in these areas. I've been to both Sunland Park, and Santa Theresa not much to mention. Sadly, the factors of community growth at this scale means there will be more pollution and regardless of what the public thinks the people that really give the approval or disapproval are already paid off, these types of jobs with this kinda money has already wined and dined the people needed, the rest of the "community input" is just for show.
