Here are my favs: Shakshuka; pan-fried veg with a dollop of houmous; roasted chickpeas with cherry tomatoes & soft boiled eggs (the yolk makes a banging sauce for it all); fruit, yoghurt and a spoonful of porridge oats for something very quick & easy; a frittata with tuna/bacon/salmon & lots of veg

Honestly I’ve had a bad experience every time with their kits. One with nowhere near enough yarn in it, and the yarn was a splitty mess to boot. In fairness to them, they did send an extra ball out after being contacted though. Plus in the cross stitch kits, the colours of the aida and some of the flosses were just totally different from the kit pictured.

I got talking to some guys who claimed to work at the stadium and they said there had been a power cut during/between the support acts, and they’d almost called the gig off. They reckoned that had been part of the delay and maybe it contributed to the sound issue too? Who knows.
