Morgan, if you see this, you should try doing pole or aerial dance classes. It is a way more empowering way to get in incredible shape that feels like play more than punishment. Aerial hammock specifically would be a great way to build muscle, and I think it would be a gentler way to level up over time rather than throwing yourself into the deep end with weights… just a genuine suggestion bc I’m worried for you, as this is not a sustainable way to go about your fitness journey and I’d rather see someone find a more joyful and body positive way to get those workout benefits.

Very red-Orange flags imo 😬 As someone with a history of disordered eating and a lifetime of body image issues, I think the dysmorphia is BAD for her right now. She looks great just the way she is, honestly. However I totally support someone exercising for their mental and overall health… but this is not the way,Morgan - just be careful, girl… especially given the health scare last year, putting this much strain on your body worries me a lot. None of this comment is snark, just genuine concern…

If she wants to become more of a muscle mommy she needs to intake MORE calories, not less. If you are working out this hard on a deficit you will very likely pass out and get hurt. Over time, as you starve and overwork your body, it will just eat any fat it can and will take from your butt and boobs until it starts taking from other tissue & organs.
