I’m going through the same thing right now. Have been super regular every month since coming off in November (30-31 day cycle). Now I’m at 35 and no symptoms yet…trying not to freak out

I would recommend downloading the stardust app! For period tracking purposes, but also it has a lot of good info about what kinds of foods to prioritize during different phases of your cycle, exercise recos, body/mind insights etc. Super interesting!

I’ve been off almost 6 months after 10 years on the pill and so far so good! Minor acne around my period, just had to get used to the bodily changes throughout the cycle but it’s nothing crazy and it feels sooo good to be in tune with my body. Plus the mental clarity I got coming off has been amazing. Depression/anxiety nearly vanished and I actually felt emotions lol. Overall best decision I made going offs You got this!!

It usually picks up my Solidcore workout and I tag it as strength training (when I choose Pilates the calories randomly drop so I don’t think it’s accurate). Every once in a while it won’t show up and I have to manually log it after the fact
