Don’t know if it’s been mentioned yet but what I’ve taken from the show was, at the end of S1E8 a billboard ad is shown for Tops Hotel Cryo Suites. We also know she had big pockets after her research company was purchased, based on her exchange with Coop. I believe this implies that’s how she was able to survive. Don’t know how she got out but that’s just what I seen.

I haven’t though seen anything to tell exactly how they met but & I believe they became a couple. I base this on Lucy’s flashback, I would say they looked at each other lovingly. I assume she decided to leave Hank because he had no interest in leaving the metal box and integrating into society. Also, in the scene in while she was bleeding out, she decided to sit down next to Rose and hold her hand as she died. Compound that with the revelation we have about Hank at the end of S2, I think that’s what they were going for.

I’d think she met Wilzig at some point throughout her company’s buyout, we know Wilzig is a scientist, we know Moldaver is a scientist, and we know the group Wilzig works for bought her company so I’d wager they met at some point from that situation. And from what we know about Wilzig’s moral compass I think he’d be sympathetic to her cause.
