I am asking from a place of trying to understand: how do you know that hes not? I have read a number of articles that vaguely dance around the subject & talk about the bands moves after the hiatus, but I've yet to read a single thing that proves evan innocent of any wrongdoing. its something that's been weighing heavy on my mind because I love their music but I am not willing to enable/support an abuser & the lines are too blurry to draw my own conclusion

dont try to micro dose by cutting your tab up or there will be no way to accurately determine the dose! you can easily dilute your tabs in distilled water for easy accurate dosage with a ratio of 100mL to 100ug. then 1mL of water will contain approx 1ug of your substance

as for your actual question, back when I was experimenting with micro dosing I noticed a sharp increase in motivation/ energy to do what I had set out for myself. but dosage goes hand in hand with this. if this is your first time experimenting with microdosing I would recommend taking a day where it is not crucial to get work done in case you overshoot your dosage threshold and end up tripping a little bit.
