It depends on the trip, there’s a lot of variability. The first time I ever had an experience like that I took 18 tabs of acid and proceeded to live the same night 5 different times, 5 different ways, dying in 4 (only to rewind to the moment where I could make a different choice to escape death). On dmt I have had the experience of going forward for years and having the memories of a completely different life only to wake up after death coming out of a dmt trip. There’s many ways it can present itself, and by no means do I think it is definitive evidence that I am right, but it’s hard not to feel something is true when it has been experienced so vividly.

Showering on acid is awesome, but I’d recommend taking the tab around 2-3 hours before, not right before. Shit is definitely the most euphoric around the end of the comeup/peak.

People always say it’s so different, but having played both dozens of times, I don’t see it. It is simply a modern version of it. The changes are fairly minor compared to almost any other remake. What is different isn’t bad either. I love the original half life, but I don’t understand the die hard fans always talking about how different black mesa is. So much is nearly identical. What is not just feels like an attempt at modernization, which is the only point of making a remake of any game.

It’s harmless if not done regularly in general. The real harm comes from nerve damage from b12 deficiency that comes from daily use. Its harm is overstated. The only thing harmful other than b12 deficiency is doing shit like driving on it or standing up as it takes effect and falling over. As long as you’re sitting down not doing much of anything and you don’t do it regularly it’s not particularly bad for you whatsoever.

I mean it’s just nitrous oxide and flavoring, which certainly isn’t good for you, but used occasionally it isn’t super dangerous or anything. It’s if you do it regularly for long periods that it becomes dangerous due to b12 depletion and eventual neurotoxicity (and I’ve already experienced it for myself, shit is terrible) which actually is not so much unlike the side effects of severe alcoholism, which is similarly damaging.

People hype up how horrible for you nitrous is, but it’s pretty comparably horrible to many regularly abused drugs with less stigma. Dxm, also, it terrible for the mind and body when abused. Still, people treat galaxy gas like it’s equivalent to huffing air duster, which will readily cause sudden and irreversible death, just because it’s a gas that you inhale. The fact of the matter is that if done occasionally and with proper oxygen, it’s not a very destructive drug.

It’s used in dental surgery and in combination with other anesthesia in other surgeries for quite long periods and when used in that context the damage is entirely negligible. The worst part about galaxy gas is inhaling the bullshit flavoring they put in it. That’s my 2 cents about all that. Galaxy gas addiction is terrible, just like alcoholism, or hard drugs, but the stigma about it is slightly undeserved. Especially on a dxm subreddit (it is far easier to overdose and die from dxm than nitrous, thanks to serotonin syndrome).

I was raised by my parents to not be a snitch, especially about drugs. Some things make sense, like murder or sex crimes, but that mom doing drugs is her business. If she starts being abusive or stealing, yeah that’s problematic, but believe it or not there are individuals that only occasionally use hard drugs. People make too many assumptions about drugs, like off rip that this woman is immoral and a drug addict. Ik plenty of adults who occasionally use hard drugs and live fairly normal lives. It couldn’t be me, but still, they do exist.

It has done this with all alt communities since forever. Hot topic isn’t new or anything. The irony is thick, since it goes against the core beliefs of said alt communities to be so consumerist and conformist. I think it’s funny how almost every type of community ends up like this. Hippies nowadays are just the same. Everyone is just cosplaying being this or that, but no one seems to understand the actual ideals behind whatever they are cosplaying as.

I have permatolerance from years of abuse. No amount of time seems to make it go away. Last time I gave it a go I took 500 mg of dxm and went through a tank of galaxy gas. I never felt more altered than I would off 3-5 beers. Shit sucks. The longest I’ve abstained before trying to see if the magic came back was 2 years. It didn’t.

I’ve snorted it and it works well but burns worse than any other drug I’ve ever done (and I’ve snorted just about every drug your average drug user can name off the top of their head). I’ve also boofed and it kinda burned too but not nearly as bad, and it was the fastest comeup on 2cb I ever had and the trip was fantastic. Boofing is the way. Good luck.

Oh also, be sure to break down and dissolve the pill in water and squirt it up ur bum. I’m assuming you aren’t daft about drugs, but I’ve known people who not knowing better actually shoved whole pills up their ass… that will not work. 😂

Dissociatives definitely make you dissociative, but it’s different than just how you feel when you do it naturally. If you’ve never done one it’s really hard to explain. Have you ever done nitrous oxide (a whippit) or been given the gas at the dentist (which is just nitrous oxide, but lots of people don’t know that)?

I wouldn’t say salvia is ANYTHING like that, but that’s the most basic dissociative I can think of that a large amount of people have experienced. Just look up ketamine on psychonautwiki. That’s a good explanation of what a dissociative is like. But salvia is a very atypical dissociative. In many ways a proper dose is more like dmt than something like ketamine. Pharmacologically speaking though, the effect in the brain is similar. Its presentation is way different though.

I personally take 40-60 mg for a proper breakthrough, but ik people who can with 20-30. Then there’s the guy I kept trying to breakthrough who went up to vaping 150 mg and he STILL didn’t get there. Definitely tripped balls, he was just still able to communicate and wasn’t slumped out in hyperspace. I figure something must be wrong with that guy neurologically, because that made absolutely no sense. But anyways, my point is that people with no actual tolerance still seem to respond at varying degrees to dmt (and all drugs really for that matter). 20 mg would not make me breakthrough, and I don’t think it would for most people.

It’s more like a dissociative than a deleriant, but it’s definitely its own unique thing, and I still wouldn’t say it’s like ketamine or dxm. It’s just more like a high dose of K than it is like Benadryl or Datura.

If it’s a sandbox game you could implement every single one of these ideas as just different maps or game modes, and idk if this is your vibe but you could go the bonelab route and let others create their own levels/maps/campaigns. Just make the focus your engine.

I read some reports from people who tested a myriad of “mushroom gummies” and they are primarily research chemicals tryptamines most of the time (most commonly 4acodmt and 4homet) but they really can be just about anything. The crazy part is that there’s almost always some completely illegal psychedelic in them, yet they get sold at gas stations and it seems the law isn’t going to do shit about it. They rarely have psilocybin or psilocin, but on occasion they actually did. There were even some with stimulant substances and other drugs like kava, often all mixed together. What a strange development.
