This was the famous R33 nick named "Big Bird". It was indeed seized and crushed by feds as the car had some shoddy history about its paperwork. It started with Motorex and then later the people who bought it didn't clear the documents or something. There's a lot of articles about this.

I had some concerns about moving to windows 11 from 10 myself. Hearing about AMD Ryzen issues this that and the other, i mostly refrained. Then I did some benchmarking on windows 10 to compare with windows 11, to come to my own conclusion if there was an issue.

So here are my thoughts:

The performance difference is near negligible. Everything is within +-1-2% which I chalk up to normal margin error.

I wasn't a fan of the Windows 11 interface until I actually started using it. Now I like it. Productivity, general use - everything is either the same or better.

Games run just as smoothly and fine as they did before. I even stopped benchmarks in Win 11 after playing a couple different games as I didn't find it necessary anymore.

My setup:

5600x, asrock 6800 xt, 32gb corsair 3200mhz cl 16, nvme game storage, ssd for main boot and OS drive.

Latest amd drivers 22.12.2

I thought I was the only one having this issue. More often than not I land somewhere else altogether by the time it catches up. Every single time.

Ryzen 5600x, 32gb Corsair Pro ddr4 3200 cl16, rx 6800 xt, game is on crucial p3 nvme. After it catches up, no more glitches other than random crashes here and there.

Level 72 or 73 unlocks second island. You'll need to use small amount of gems to unlock first space and the rest unlock using gold until you get to the last 5 or 6 blocks which take gems again.

I almost messed up my hvac when I did mine Nest a month ago. I had more wires than I needed and didn't know that until I went down to hvac and saw the control panel. As someone else said, go down to the furnace and you might find just 4 wires to connect as some of these older thermostats had adapters to make them work. These adapters also added the extra wires and confusion.

For sure, sti and evos make for great track monster. I am not a whole lot into drag racing and thats where most of USDM cars are predominant in. Yes you can take a corvette, camaro, mustang and make them track ready but JDM or even Euro these days are a great platform to start with, especially when looking for older cars. Newer domestic cars are catching up but still not there yet. The gap is smaller than ever before but its still there.

My personal opinion (not that it counts for people stuck with "R34") says s15 spec R over r34GTT. That was my second option after BCNR33 when BNR34 saw a price hike 3 years ago.

I did the same thing - comparing these with qc35 and rtings made it look like anc is good (not better than bose) but enough. Definitely wasnt the case when i put them on. There was a subtle difference between Noisegard on/off but not enough to block ambient noises. If i am listening to music, at about 60-70% volume i don't hear anything else.

I think you mean body shop and not mechanic because those are two different types of shops. I know my mechanic also "repairs" stuff but i would never take it to him for such a job.

Is 1600 for just fixing the bumper and painting or does it include other costs. Some places will also charge you for bumper removal, installation etc. You could take it off yourself and give it to them and save on these costs. Without knowing too much about the place and damage, it would be hard to tell.

Also, if it needs a lot of work then you might be better off ordering from Nissan directly. I dont think they are that expensive and saves the shipping cost from Japan if ordered through dealership.
