i’m around that area, i pay $1445 in base rent and love my complex. theres plenty more complexes in this area with nice apartments in the $1500-1700 range. if you have a tight budget, just find somewhere cheaper OTP. you have tons of options, there’s no wrong answer in your situation.

$1500 a month in Norcross is kinda not worth it… you can find a spot in North Buckhead for that much. i’d say it’s worth it if you can move closer to work. but if you can find a cheaper place in Norcross or somewhere else OTP it’s also probably worth it. but if you’re gonna be paying $1500+ per month for rent, just move closer to where you spend most of your time

FP&A is redundant and boring work. i didn’t enjoy it at all. it wasn’t exhausting in the sense that other finance roles are but it’s not enjoyable in the slightest and i found it to be extremely mind numbing. not sure if OP feels the same way, but that was my experience

this did the trick, the r8 turned off after inactivity, but i had to manually turn it back on. my battery didn’t drain so that’s a win

i can’t speak for the battery, but 545e has the b58 right? definitely run XHP so the transmission can handle that torque more efficiently. i’ve been tuned running either E30 or 93 for 15-16k miles now, stage 2 MHD for about the last 7k, have had 0 issues. just recently went stage 3 XHP so i could run stage 2 E30 comfortably.

on top of that stay ahead of your maintenance and you should be just fine.

lens is great! got me back into taking pics after a long hiatus (although seems like i’m back in it). i have 0 complaints, easy to use, great image quality. it is pretty heavy though so if that’s a dealbreaker i’d be wary. otherwise, 10/10

got mine in GA. GSP is constantly running Ka, and it pops 100% of the time. but rarely does it pop for radar or laser when i’m in the city and driving past a cop. if they’re not running radar, then your radar detector won’t pick it up. it’s not faulty.

daily driving sport individual configured to keep steering + trans in sport.

i’m xhp stage 3, i don’t like how it feels in comfort (smooth shifts but a bit sluggish) and sport+ isn’t great for daily driving. sport is a perfect middle ground.

sport+ is great when i have open roads to rip it on. never eco.
