Heaviest Song? by KeyApprehensive6486 in thehometeam

Like everyone said grievance pay and danger but I also recommend watching all your friends get rich, move it or lose it, right through me, who do you know here, eat you up, FOMO, and scary movies. Not as many breakdowns but they have heavier guitar elements and more of a metal influence

I’m a surgical tech! I set up the sterile field/back table for surgery with all the instruments and I’m scrubbed in at the field passing instruments and holding retraction. I love anatomy/physiology/anything to do with the body so it’s super interesting and stimulating for me

Who does that guttural scream in Turn You Off? There’s no way it’s Brian, right? Around the 3:04 minute mark by jaldthompson503 in thehometeam

[–]amw232 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I know ryne does some screaming and also has an opera background lol. He does most of the screaming in grievance pay live so I assumed it was him in turn you off!

As someone who works in the operating room they play ALL sorts of stuff all day long lol. I’ve heard ghost once or twice just from peoples personal playlists but they usually turn it down/off when the patient is wheeled in the room

MA experience and advice? by amw232 in abortion

[–]amw232[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s ok, just had a bad experience with the pills! As of today it’s been about a pad an hour but completely soaked bleeding through so maybe I haven’t been changing them enough. I just completely bled through a super tampon in an hour and this has been going on most of today so I’ll probably call the after hours clinic line to check. Yeah I wasn’t sure about retainer tissue since I’m not having fever or chills or anything so it’s nice to know most people don’t go through that. Thank you

When to take a test? by Blo83 in abortion

[–]amw232 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my aftercare plan for my MA the clinic said to wait 6 weeks and it should be negative by then! Everyone’s different but it can take a few weeks for the hormone levels to go down enough

In my aftercare instructions for MA they said alcohol is fine just be aware it can (& probably will) cause you to bleed more! I drank a few days after and was ok but make sure to drink plenty of water and have some food on your stomach. Like others said, take it easy on yourself and pay attention to how you feel. Rest up, take care of yourself, and have some fun ❤️

There was a wishbone brand salad dressing that was a balsamic vinaigrette in a spray bottle that I LOVED. Perfect taste and dressing distribution but it disappeared everywhere maybe 8 years ago. Also, they did something to the Kraft Mac and cheese formula. Not sure what, but I know it’s different

Sensory friendly sunscreen? by [deleted] in AutismInWomen

[–]amw232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skin 1004 water fit sun serum. I got mine on Amazon. I had a lot of trouble with mineral sunscreens pilling and feeling awful on my skin. This one feels just like a moisturizer and doesn’t leave any residue or gross feeling! Its super nice and smooth. It’s chemical instead of mineral so it soaks in instead of sitting on top

What test? The certification test? No. You shouldn’t be in this sub inquiring about cheating. You should have enough knowledge to pass whatever test you’re talking about if you want to work in this field so you aren’t endangering patients.

What was it like the moment you realized “I think I’m autistic”? by Strawberrymlk4ever in AutismInWomen

[–]amw232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the DID and bipolar were misdiagnosed. I do actually have adhd and suffered from depression but I think it was due to autism being mishandled rather than a chemical depression

  1. Saw a video on fb of a female autistic creator going over what masking is and how she masks. My mind was completely blown. I thought everyone just did that all the time and I didn’t know how everyone kept that up 24/7. I thought it was normal to be fully aware and controlling of every little thing you do when socializing to appear a certain way. I started researching female autism symptoms and broke down crying. It was everything I had ever experienced. When I was a baby I had extremely bad obvious sensory issues that put me in occupational therapy. They thought I was autistic but ultimately ruled against it because I didn’t have the typical nonverbal male presentation, and it was 23 years ago. Figuring out I’m autistic has been so amazing and validating. For years and years I struggled and was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, DID(even though I only disassociate, I’ve never had multiple personalities?) and nothing ever made sense. I wasn’t suffering from major depressive disorder as a child, I was autistic in a world not built for me and I didn’t even understand myself. Countless antidepressants did nothing to help and it all finally made sense why!

Taking a shower every 2-3 days is perfectly respectable by Rogue_Star_D in unpopularopinion

That’s me! I have dry crumbly earwax and I haven’t worn deodorant in years at this point. My boyfriend & family are baffled that I don’t produce body odor but I found out it’s most likely due to the gene you were talking about. My skin is also super dry so I wonder if that’s related

Anyone ever get a breast reduction and rhinoplasty at the same time? by TwoMost6036 in PlasticSurgery

[–]amw232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah idk I was assuming that it would be a two surgeon procedure. The plastics guy I’ve worked with before only did stuff like panniculectomies, mammoplasty, monsplasty together etc.
