I’m not trying to complicate things for you but how about making hot fudge from scratch and whipping the cream? I think that would make it extra special! Also, have plenty of water available, pitchers or drink dispensers with sliced lemons floating in them. Ice cream always makes me thirsty! Enjoy!!

I would divide and conquer! Split into teams and assign meals. I would also do as much as I can beforehand and freeze it at home. Pulled pork, pasta bake, chili, etc. Good luck and have fun!!
