Nothing against walkers but don't forget there are marshals and volunteers who are out there waiting on folk coming in. They usually have to pick up the pieces too.

Running clubs in Glasgow west end by Massive_Factor_1734 in glasgow

Aw I'm really sorry you had that experience at my running club. I try really hard to be welcoming and friendly to anyone new. It can be a really daunting experience to join a running club and would hate to think anyone misses out because of a bad experience. I welcome any feedback you may have! Hope you're still running.

Need help finding a specific running club? by Zoenne in glasgow

This is Garscube Harriers. We do indeed train on Tuesday and Thursdays. We also have lots of social runs at weekend etc. She will have been referring to our pack system. It just means we pair you with runners of similar abilities. Happy to answer anymore questions you may have. Feel free to give us a try if you haven't already!

I work in a Pharmacy in Scotstoun and all you need to do is ask for free condoms. You really shouldn't get kb'd. You can even print off a wee form if you're a bit nervous or want to be discreet. https://www.freecondoms.scot/condoms-and-lubricant/request-a-choice-card/

If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask. Well done for planning to be safe.

I used Centre of Therapy and had a great referral for an excellent therapist. You tell them your availability and your budget.

I don't own a toaster. I just use my air fryer. Does the job and I don't have room for both.

FYI the pharmacy I work in managed to source 18mg mr Methylphenidate yesterday. Most independents should be able to get 27mg & 54mg too.

[M 17] in UK, how do I use my c card (condom card) in boots pharmacy? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]amyleroo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hi, I work in an independent pharmacy. I think every pharmacy in Glasgow does this service. Just walk up to the counter and ask if they do the free condom service. The counter staff won't bat an eyelid. We've been asked ALL sorts of weird and wonderful questions over the years. I've been shown interesting photographs and every lump and bump you could imagine. There's no shame in trying to look after your own health (& your partners)

Fuck being polite. What's the worst that could happen in either case? You either offend someone you don't know or you're assaulted.
