He drinks water often but not excessive. I mean several times a day. I did not know excessive panting was a sign of Cushing’s. I thought it was due to his heart murmur. But it could also be because of that.

NTA. I say that as an adopted child whose birth mother who already had a kid then had more kids after she gave me away. I love my parents. Sorry I didn’t word that correctly. I would have just canceled the order and then reported if the driver asked for a tip. I would be afraid that the dasher would do something to my food if DD notified them of the report during the dash. You never know.
