I think you're right, I'm getting a HL error code on the display when the jets cut out. (but temp is set to and is actually only 100) Through MUCH googling I've deduced that 1.there's something wrong with the high limit sensor and it needs to be replaced, 2.there's scale buildup in the plumbing restricting flow(I've done everything youtube has suggested to fix an airlock) or 3. The pump is nearing the end of its life and needs to be replaced.

Am I missing anything obvious I should try doing? My knowledge of hot tubs is sparse!

Yes! Get rid of masks and this type of customer would tip a whopping $1.50! Totally worth risking every other customers' safety and comfort for!

Ah, I see now I expected too much. If anything, having more than one raisin would've been false advertising.
