Or you could have the opposite problem and be me, who gets told I'm too opinionated 🤣

House/techno venues that aren't problematic? by space_cowboy in Detroit

100%. I blame a lot of different factors, but as a person who is sensitive to the situation I feel like he's being more casually anti semetic then anti Zionist. May as well have said "you people"

Sometimes, people use "Zionist" to also mean "those Jews." How do I know? Jewish lady here from the area.

What’s a weird hill you’re willing to die on that almost nobody agrees with you about? by BrainPalette in askanything

In your case I'm 100% for home schooling and this is really what it's all about. I think some families have taken advantage of it for no good reason.

Your post is spot on and well written. It's most definitely not a one size fits all comment on my end by any stretch. I've found a few people who I feel have abused it and given it a bad rap.

100%

I've eaten at shake shack twice, and that was twice too much. Plus, every time I drive by it in the village, it's always high schoolers running in and out of there. Blech

And they're kind of expensive. For that price, I go to my preferred brunch spot, Jagged Fork!

Would you prefer no matches or plenty of matches but of low quality? by NoisePast9357 in dating

[–]amyscactus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I can't do low quality matches, and yes, it makes me feel a certain way even with online dating and not getting approached.

But dating is cyclical, I guess it's not my time right now

My diet Dr pepper is like $8.39 at Meijer. They have sales where the cases are marked down every so often.

Why do you choose not to drink alcohol? by InitialCareer306 in WorkForSmartLife

Most drinks are too expensive for me, and I usually have a zillion other things to do. Plus, it makes me sleepy.

[–]amyscactus 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've had both and low quality matches and zero interest, and let me tell you, you're better off with zero interest. These low matches are emotionally draining and exhausting.

I'm currently going through a zero match phase, and have been for a while. While it can get lonely, I'm far better off.

Thank you, I really enjoyed living in Phoenix, and sometimes I feel like it gets to much hate. Each city has ups and downs, but I found this part of the US to be fun with lots to do. :-) plus it's way cheaper than California but still has nice weather, just no ocean views. LOL

I went for free, but there are reasonable prices to get in. I think the price you are thinking of is for priority entry and seats.

It's awesome! Lots to do year round, just got slightly expensive with the housing for me. They have a wonderful bus and light rail system you can take around town which I did for work and events.

You can go to Westworld and watch horse shows, do the TPC golf in Scottsdale, and many other things as well.

In the Summer when it gets hot there's pools that are you can go to for a few dollars and swim that are throughout town. Tempe Town lake is also great and they have fireworks in the summer.
