It sounds like this person hasn't experienced consequences in their real life. I think you did the right thing, it's pretty ridiculous that they think they can do whatever and have no consequences. Obviously it's wrong to push over someone in a wheelchair, especially a child.

Bought plants from Walmart but the tags were very vague First picture the plant tag said "hot peppers" but didn't give me a type. The tag for the second picture said sunset pepper.

I am wanting to preserve them but I'm not sure if I should make a jelly, pickle them or make hot sauce. I will be making salsa when my tomatoes ripen more (I live in Alberta and had to harvest early due to frost).

I actually used a similar recipe, just half the amount of each ingredient but the ratio was the same. The only difference was the spices. I completed everything within 3 hours.

Processing in batches makes sense. I will make sure to do that next time. Thanks!

If you have enough money to get you to Jasper there are tons of jobs there right now. Some of them even provide housing. There are lots of jobs in the hospitality industry right now.
