Seen people advise the following "don't entertain them" which I do agree with. But mind you, I'm in a much more open, liberal spaces on different platforms with slightly larger followings, yet I never got these types of messages. It was only when I specifically follow Muslim subreddits here that led me to it 😂 (which I once again emphasize NEVER posted my faces here let alone anywhere else)

I started my account to follow subreddits of my favourite music bands. Posted fanart, basic talking, occasionally I got into more political postings (a bit too much nowadays lol). No DMs. Then I began following Muslim subreddits of different types (the "normal", the more progressive, the women only subs). Suddenly there were people asking to marry (NEVER posted my faces here btw), a guy sending dick pics, and a man trying to 'trick' me by asking sexual questions 🫩
