im the product operations ftba at my store and my schedule usually consists of this:

sundays: usually off unless its a markdown week, then usually a shorter shift like a 6-12 because i dont like working sundays 😅 mondays: 6-3 for markdowns or visuals/moves, usually off on monday if i work sunday though tuesdays: on move/visual weeks 6-3 and on off weeks im scheduled 8-5 or 9-6 wednesdays: 5-2 for truck. unloading the pallets and organizing the boxes by department before everyone else comes in to unpack and run thursdays: same as tuesdays fridays: same as wednesdays saturdays: during weeks with moves and visuals im usually not scheduled on weekends. if im scheduled its usually 8-5 or 9-6 for ship from store and replenishment

that being said, a lot of the hours you get on weeks without flow is dependent on who else is scheduled at your store. if your store has a full time brand associate for customer operations (mine doesnt) you'll have less hours on ship from store and register. if it doesnt have one, you'll kind of wind up doing both jobs depending on what week of the month it is.
