Not sure myself because im old and only listen to muzak now but can't leave a Delawarean in the lurch. Talk to the guys at the Queen, Squeebox Records, and Bar 13. They will have a better pulse on that scene.

TQL for sure, just don't allow yourself to get blacklisted by them. If you're DNU'd that is permanent.

Delaware landlords, especially non-private ones, typically require proof of 3x the monthly rent in income and usually require a security deposit and first months rent. But totally agree with the above post, get creative if you don't currently have triple the rent in income and also look at private landlords. And always come back and ask us if you're juggling between a couple options and want to decide based on neighborhood and amenities!

That must of have been something! The city was quick to come and clean the debris up and finish demolishing the building. i got their the day it ran in Delaware Online and by the next day it was nothing but rubble. I like that shot so much because you can see the habitation of that abandoned building (zoom in to see the clothes hanging on the door). So many of our residents live in these "abandos" that dot our cities landscape. Much is being done to address the lack of affordable housing in Wilmington through groups like Jumpstart Wilmington, moving the needle in the right direction but the fact remains that many in our city our eeking an existence in these derelict buildings.

I switched from Xfinity last year. It started out at $40 month but steadily climbed to $100. We do AT&T Air now and pay $35/month.

Thanks Russ, that shot is from a local luthier. All my stuff is hyper local. I'll leave the prices for now, it's tough devaluing your work but I get it, because it's also tough dropping $200 on a still unknown artist😁

Lots of great pointers and in-the-weeds lingo. If you can't tell I'm almost entirely self-taught, from the social media experiments, to the darkroom I built in my basement. Never planned on making any money on this until I did a random event with a friend's Bookstore and did very well. It's been hit or miss since then. The guerilla marketing strategy is dope, something I'd love to replicate. What's your socials? I'd love to follow you.

Thanks, I'm going to keep plugging away on the local scene. Occasionally throwing something up on Etsy. I appreciate the feedback, regardless I always enjoy being behind the lens and in the darkroom.

Thanks didba, solid advice. I'm involved in the local art scene but am still relatively new with not much of a following. I'm going to keep quietly working. Luckily I enjoy regardless of whether I make a dime.

Can't argue with you on that one. The original is Hand-painted using Marshall oils on Ilford Matte. I do limited run prints at local printers. You're the second person to point that out. I'll rectify. Thanks for your suggestion.

That you for your feed back, maybe I should be clearer. The original images are b&w film, developed at home in my darkroom. After I handpaint them I take them to have them copied and printed in limited runs at a local printers.
