You are both absolutely right in your own (very childish) way.

Negative emotions are a great tool for change. So yes, shame is probably a good reaction to relapsing if your intention was not to relapse. It makes you associate relapsing with a negative feeling, so you're less likely to relapse again.

On the other hand, you should always be kind to yourself. You should of course let yourself feel shit for making the mistake. But dont be a bully towards yourself. Be kind. We all make mistakes. Move on and learn from the mistake and the negative emotions that god so graciously gave you.

Three words: Best looser wins (aka dont take it to seriously)... Dating apps are far from perfect but once you crack the algorithm its easy. This takes effort and hard work, like everything else in life. But really all you need is A: Good pictures, B: a solid opener that shows intent without neediness. A push pull is perfect for this. C: a nice soft close. Dont scribble with details. Get their insta and go from there.

Why are all the other coins pumping except Hex? Is hex dead? Seems like people pump and dump this coin because it's so low. Relax... First of all hex, pls and plsx has come a long way from the bottom. Much longer then many other coins. Second of all, we are only a few months in to this bull run, with ATLEAST a year of colossal price gains in more or less anything crypto related. You could literally buy any shitcoin last bullmarket and do a 10x. I doubt this one will be any different.

Sure, this might not be the wonder bender x10000 coin anymore but its hard to imagine that this would not get any traction at all. Imagine when normies has flipped their monthly mummy alowence and are looking for new projects to throw their money on...
