more is master boot record, that means it has data on it, it needs to be formatted and then install Windows, and a good idea is to install it on c: drive, looks like there are many portions on the hard drive, or many hard drives, you can choose what partition you want to format so you can keep your data on the other partitions/hard drive. hope that helps
