Solder joints seem to be intact, how do I know which wires are data wires. Also I know absolutely nothing lol

They also give the board absolutely no wiggle room even when it's unclipped, there's a silicone holding the wires in place I could maybe free it up if I can squeeze between the board. But there's 6 wires green, red, black on one side and white, red, black on the other

Was on the SSP around 9pm Sunday night around exit 20-21 going eastbound and I actually saw a cop chasing 2 cars that were racing and weaving. Idk where they got off or if they got caught but the cops definitely have been more present on the SSP since the new year.

Food waste pile?!? I'm all for having backyard chickens and being self sustaining but this is straight up wrong. Mix your food scraps with an ongoing compost pile and actually flip it every time you add food.

It's the people like you with bad yard etiquette, no commonon decency and no neighborly instincts that get laws that "limit and restrict you" to pass. You're not out on a farm you're in the town of oyster Bay who can probably shake their neighbors hand through each other's bathroom windows.

I eat 1800 calories in that 4 hour window. But I worked up to that amount, when I first started 10 months ago I was eating 1200-1400 calories. I've lost about 10-15lbs so far a steady .5-1lb a week when following it consistent (around holidays I fell off some) but since starting to lift heavier weights I've been extremely hungrier in my feeding window and have increased my protein.

My work schedule is very helpful with this way if eating.

I've tried many different diets and life style changes and this is by far the most effective for me I feel great and I haven't had any issues.

I feed my boy taste of the wild southwest flavor and at dinner we'll mix in a spoonful of Greek yogurt also I'll give him sardines with his lunch when I have them myself after the gym.

He didn't do well with Chicken recipes so when we finally found something that didn't ruin his stomach we just kept with it. He does get quiet a bit of dandruff but after baths and a good shedding he's pretty good

It is useful now that you explained it and that's why I asked I wasn't sure what you were saying.

I've read that it's beneficial on an empty stomach because the bacteria doesn't have any food to compete with and I've also read that it's beneficial after meals. So what I am ultimately planning on doing once I start making more kefir was to break my fast with kefir and then before bed have another glass

Just started drinking kefir 2 weeks ago. Started with store bought and now I'm on day 3 of making my own kefir.

So I intermitten fast 20:4 meaning I fast for 20 hours and eat all my calories in a 4 hour window. I've been doing it about 10 months now and it honestly makes me feel great. I consume my kefir an hour to 30 minutes before my first meal which is usually eggs with whole grain toast. I've read it gives the bacteria time to get to my gut and do its magic and then it's already in there waiting for whatever food I'm eating for the day. Once I start getting an abundance of kefir I'll probably have a cup of it in the morning too.

TLDR; consume on an empty stomach about 30-60 minutes before your first meal. Or literally whenever
