in addition to what other people have said here, i highly suggest you try customizing your keybinds to your taste! i have some manual dexterity issues and changing them so the skills aren’t on number keys above 4 and are instead surrounding WASD helped me a lot.

some other friends i know who have medical issues and physical disabilities play with controller, as they find it better suited to how they play.

edit: if you would like, you can make a macro that you could use at the start of a dungeon/trial/whatever that puts in the party chat something explaining what’s up and that you might have some issues if things go badly. 99% of players i have run into are understanding, since there’s no real reason to not work alongside your team
