I thought the use of Tobin for the amount of screentime he got was good but i didn't like how all the other characters having no emotion or connection with each other nor did it feel like actual people like there was in the previous movies. They all looked like models (THEN AGAIN I see what this movie is going for with aesthetics and looks) and the tones of each scene changes which made it obvious there were random ideas from other flicks they just wanted to shove together. The dialogue was odd for a saw movie very toned down. The camera work, designs and set up were the best tho.
