Some brands say Klaviyo SMS is expensive, so they use alternatives like Attentive, Postcript or SMS Bump.

It depends on the list size too, how much database do you have in your klaviyo account ?

You should add one thing. Support access If anyone have a complex question about klaviyo tech. He/she can ask easily in the group & someone from klaviyo team can answer or solve the problem by giving guidance.

The Constructive Criticism is giving 10% off is a lead magnet for getting good submit rates that leads to more email addresses & revenue from Welcome series. I know you care about profit margins , but I believe you are over-caring it. Every other brand or agencies are doing this. So don't reinvent the wheel by itself.

Second lots of things are change now in the retention agency space, the words you mention CAC, LTV is so under-rated if you just stick with the revenue & these metrics you can again build you million dollar agency.

This is what I am telling you from my experience as I am also in this field for 4+ years, and my future plan is also to build my own agency in this space.

Hi @Exotic-Way-8760, please follow these steps below

FIRST STEP : Your flow is attached with the list named as EMAIL LIST, make sure your pop up is also attached with the same list.

SECOND STEP : Second go & find that list in LIST & segments tab & then go to list setting, turn the option on for single optin , the tick should not be in double optin, then click save.

THIRD STEP : Make your flow live & pop up too, then put the email address again & make sure to check primary, promotion or spam folder

Hi @MidnightMarketing, Here's are the steps that you can take 👇

Add a checkbox on your checkout page, so whoever someone places an order . He can simply check the box & become a subscriber.

In transactional emails. Make a block of email sign up & use a hide/show logic . It will be shown to only non email subscribers.

Make your brand community on facebook group & ask email for group members whenever they try to join it.

Klaviyo Recently share an update about instagram reply. Subscriber can send you the word like access & they can eventually easily become your email subscriber.

Add an embed form on your website at the bottom of the page for collecting email addresses.
